whitetigeremails.com Terms Of Service

By signing up and actively using the whitetigeremails.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via Administrative Messages that appear when they sign in. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the whitetigeremails.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
YOU MUST AGREE TO TERMS OR YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED!
Changes to TOS
Affiliates will be notified of any changes to whitetigeremails.com terms and conditions prior to the changes, and will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe and forfeit all earnings accrued if these changes are deemed to be unacceptable to the affiliate.
Responsibility of Affiliates
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Minors must have parental consent to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and most International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
As of August 1, 2009, We accept new members from Tier1/2 Countries Only.
You agree to and must use your own name, home address and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing whitetigeremails.com account.
You will use your e-mail address/password combination to access your account. It is your responsibility to keep this information confidential - you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your whitetigeremails.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
You must maintain your e-mail account. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from whitetigeremails.com limited to no more than (150) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from whitetigeremails.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Accounts
Accounts, upgrades, affiliate pages, and upgrade ads are not transferable without prior approval. Approval may be granted only under extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of the webmasters.
Activity Requirements
Free Members must click at least one link every 30 days, Paid Upgrade Members must click at least one link every 45 days in order to be considered active. Inactive Accounts will be suspended and provided you contact us within 30 days of a suspension your account will be restored.
DELETED ACCOUNTS CANNOT BE RESTORED!
You must click at least 100 links per month in order to use the PTP and/or Affiliate Page Features.
Members are required to click a minimum of 100 links in order to be able to request payout.
Vacation mode
When you put your account on vacation you also need to take it off when you come back. Accounts that are on vacation or inactive do not get payouts requested or randoms. If you plan on being away over 30 days then you need to contact support@whitetigeremails.com and let us know so that your account will be flagged and it does not get deleted.
PTP Clause
The Paid To Promote is an additional feature to the PTR. You must be active in the PTR to use the PTP feature. If you are caught abusing the PTP your PTP Privileges will be suspended and your account is at risk of deletion. You may NOT just run the PTP link and cashout! You are required to click at least 100 links a month in order to use the PTP Feature. We are imposing a 10% Personal Earnings versus PTP Earnings in order to be paid.
PERSONAL EARNINGS ARE THE TOTAL OF:
Paid Mail Earnings (cash), Paid To Click Earnings (cash), Contest PTC Prize, Paid To Click Earnings (points) and Paid Mail Earnings (points).
Affiliate Pages
Affiliate pages are available for purchase through the site and are an additional earning feature.
Members with Affiliate Pages must click a minimum of 100 links per month. We reserve the right to reject payout requests where we deem abuse of Affiliate Page use has occurred.
Payments
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by whitetigeremails.com. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the whitetigeremails.com program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by whitetigeremails.com.
whitetigeremails.com will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by whitetigeremails.com (currently $2.00).
Once the member has qualified for payout AND HAS AGREED TO TERMS they may request payment. Free members can request payment every 30 days and Upgraded members anytime. Payouts will be made to Verified PayPal or AlertPay accounts (2.00% fee applies to all). Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time thereafter.
You may NOT share a payment account with another member. Payment will be made ONLY to a payment processor belonging to the member. If you are found to be sharing a payment processor, your account will be deleted.
PTR Owners
Any Program Owner currently behind on payments (maximum of 60 days) and/or not answering support enquiries
from their members MUST NOT request payout from whitetigeremails.com. If a payout request is received their account will be suspended until such time as their site is in order.
Previous Program Owners of sites that have closed down without paying out members in full (including reimbursement of unused Upgrades and/or Affiliate Pages)
will not be welcome.
Random Payouts
whitetigeremails.com may do Random Payouts. You must have this keyword selected and all of your payout information correct for this to happen. Random Payouts will be chosen by payment processor and the keyword selected. Only 1 payment processor will be chosen at a time. You must be active when we do this. Active means you must have clicked a link or email within 5 days prior to doing the random payout. If you are not active by 5 days you will not receive the random payout. This does NOT mean your account will be deleted. It only means you won't qualify at the time of the random payout.
Cheating
Cheating includes but is not limited to:
Multiple accounts
Use of open/anonymous proxy for the purpose of hiding your true country
University or college IPs are not allowed
Sharing a payment processor with someone else
Multiple clicking of cheat links
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by whitetigeremails.com
be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of
advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. If we catch you cheating at one of our sites, you will be deleted from all that we own or admin at. There will be NO exceptions.
Keywords/Interest
We have several "Bad" keywords/interests (I cheat, I don't understand English) which assists us in finding members who cannot understand English. If your account is found to have one of these keywords selected your account will be deleted. If you are NOT from a search allowed country, do not select the SEARCH interest/keyword - accounts from non search countries that have this keyword selected will be deleted.
Clicking the Keyword Webmaster and NOT getting yourself verified by us that you are in FACT a Webmaster will cause this keyword to be a CHEAT KEYWORD. In this case you will be deleted for clicking the Wrong Keyword.
Cheat Links
We have several advertisers that are paying for you to read their ads that they have purchased. In order for us to have a good honest site and members, knowing they are reading their ads and emails, we must include Cheat Links. These are found in emails and on the site itself. You will see them say Don't click this link, Delete this ad, etc to be warned not to read these. This is to ensure that we have members understanding English and NOT blind clicking. Once you are caught clicking the Cheat Links 3 times, your account will be deleted. There are no second chances and you will forfeit all of your account earnings.
Promoting whitetigeremails.com
whitetigeremails.com is an ENGLISH speaking site - We require that all members read, write, and understand the English language. We require that all advertising / promotion of whitetigeremails.com be done on ENGLISH speaking sites / forums and the like. We do not endorse the advertising of our site on non English speaking sites and your account is at risk if we should find you doing so. We have no way of validating the legitimacy of your advertisement / promotion when placed in a language other than English.
Link Sharing / Accessing Paid Links
We do NOT permit link sharing. Link sharing is the posting of our paid links on a forum / web site / mailing list, etc. for the direct purpose of sharing those links with others. Any members caught link sharing will have their accounts deleted immediately.
You are not permitted to access the paid links for whitetigeremails.com in any way other than what is considered the "norm" by us. This means viewing source code to pull links and automatic click software programs, among other various ways to harvest links, are all prohibited. If caught your account will be deleted immediately. NO exceptions. You are expected to read your emails then follow the paid link to the advertisers web site. If you use our PTC sections, then you are expected to login to your member area, and manually click the banners/links in the PTC sections to visit the advertisers site.
Mistakes that Happen
At times we may send out a link that was for the wrong amount. You understand that if this happens we reserve the right to do a roll back on your account and deduct mistaken earnings from your account.
Relationship of the Parties
You and whitetigeremails.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and whitetigeremails.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of whitetigeremails.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability
whitetigeremails.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or whitetigeremails.com program, even if whitetigeremails.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, whitetigeremails.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Spam
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with whitetigeremails.com and may result in legal prosecution. whitetigeremails.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. whitetigeremails.com may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. whitetigeremails.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
